Upon delivery, goods must be signed for as "unchecked" or if there is any damage to the packaging YOU must sign for as "damaged".
All goods must be checked and tested to ensure they are in full working condition within 24 hours of receipt with no exceptions.
If there are any problems this must be reported to NEXT DAY DISPLAYS - DISPLAY COMPONENTS within 24 hours of receipt otherwise we are unable to claim compensation from the courier and will therefore not payout on, or replace damaged goods.
Please ensure that the person who will be taking delivery of the goods is aware of this procedure.

Definitions
"The Company" means Display Components, "the Customer" means the person, firm, company or corporation who orders, purchases and/or contracts to order or purchase goods of the Company.
Delivery and Passing of Risk
Any dates and times quoted for delivery are to be treated as an estimate and the Company shall not be liable whatsoever for failure to deliver by such date or time.
The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery to the Customer's premises or to any person or party authorised by the Customer to receive goods.
We shall not be responsible for loss arising from delay or failure to deliver arising from causes beyond our control. These include Act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, industrial action or dispute, natural calamity, controls, restrictions or prohibitions of Government or other competent authority, fire, flood, sabotage or non-availability of materials.
Retention of Title
Goods shall remain the property of the Company until payment in full has been received. Until title to the goods passes to the Customer he shall hold the goods for the Company and shall store the goods in such a manner as they are readily identifiable as the property of the Company. Ownership of all tooling and film positives rests with the Company.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of all intellectual property rights in relation to design work carried out by the company rests with the company unless otherwise provided for by a separate agreement.
Carriage
Goods will be despatched by the most convenient means unless otherwise agreed in writing and carriage will be charged at a rate that is carrier cost plus packaging.
Restocking Policy
Any undamaged and re-saleable goods that are returned for credit will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the value of the returned goods or £20, whichever is the greater.
Resalable condition means not unpacked.
This charge and any collection charge is deducted before a refund is made on goods we have agreed for return.
Damaged, missing parts or incorrect items received
Items missing or damaged need to be reported via email within 24 hours for damage in delivery and of the include photos packaging and damaged product. For shortages. Missing parts or incorrect items are reported within 2 days of signing for your delivered order. Reports at a later date will not be considered.
Digital Products (Screens and Monitors)
We are unable accept the return of goods after 3 days of delivery or a collection date. No Exceptions.
Return of Goods
Any problem concerning goods or delivery must be reported in writing within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
Goods cannot be returned without prior agreement with our trade sales manager who must provide authorisation in writing.
We cannot be held responsible for any delivery signed for as undamaged which is subsequently reported to have been damaged in transit.
